En el encuentro, las azafatas dispondrán de un dispositivo electrónico (tablet, smartphone, ordenadores) para gestionar el acceso de los asistentes. Desde trackit suite se asigna al staff una ventana con una clave de acceso a la herramienta, para tener trazabilidad y control de acceso a la herramienta, para tener trazabilidad y control de acceso en todo momento, evitando registros y errores indebidos fuera del horario del encuentro.
